Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Newcastle, NSW. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on tile products. Daily tasks include guiding customers through the selection process, maintaining product knowledge, offering consultation services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales to meet targets. Qualifications

• Sales Consulting skills and expertise in Consulting
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with customers
• Experience in retail sales or the tile industry is a plus
• Proven ability to meet sales
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Newcastle, NSW
