As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be the driving force behind our eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, directly impacting the visibility, performance, and profitability of our product portfolio.

Unlike large corporations where roles are siloed, we operate with a lean, agile team. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist​ who wants to own the entire digital funnel, from the first click to the final sale.

🎯 The Role

This is not a "one-trick pony" role. We need a multi-skilled marketer​ who thrives on variety. You won't just be writing reports; you'll be the person implementing them. You will manage our eCommerce ecosystems and digital strategies directly, with full visibility into how your work impacts the bottom line.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

1. eCommerce Operations (The Foundation)

* Hands-On Platform Management:​ Directly upload, edit, and optimize product listings on Shopify, WooCommerce, Fieldfolio, eBay, and Amazon.

* Catalogue Accuracy:​ Ensure pricing, stock levels, and product images are perfect. No passing the buck—you own the storefront.

2. Content & Social Media (The Voice)

* Create & Publish:​ Write compelling copy and create visual content for social channels and product pages. (including Tiktok contents)

* Community Engagement:​ Manage our social media presence, interacting with customers and building brand loyalty.

3. Performance & Analytics (The Brain)

* Data-Driven Decisions:​ Dive deep into Google Analytics​ and platform dashboards.

* SEO Execution:​ Implement keyword strategies and on-page SEO fixes yourself to boost organic traffic.

4. Paid & Automated Marketing (The Growth Engine)

* Campaign Deployment:​ Set up and monitor email automations (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and paid ad campaigns.

* Optimization:​ Continuously tweak campaigns based on real-time data to maximize ROI.

✅ Requirements (Essential)

* The Doer Mentality:​ You enjoy getting your hands dirty with the actual platforms rather than just delegating tasks.

* Technical Proficiency:​ Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or WooCommerce.

* Analytical & Creative:​ You can interpret an Excel spreadsheet and write a catchy product headline.

* Attention to Detail:​ In a wholesale business, accuracy in product specs and pricing is critical.

* Commercial Acumen:​ You understand that marketing exists to drive sales, not just likes.
