Maximo Support Lead

DWS is seeking a Maximo Support Lead to provide day-to-day leadership and coordination for the support and ongoing operation of a critical IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environment. This role will oversee support activities, manage ticket workflows, coordinate stakeholders, and act as the key escalation point for operational support matters while ensuring service levels and business expectations are met.

Length: 6 months with potential extensions
Style: Hybrid; 3+ days onsite
Salary: Up to $183K (Max Term) OR $775/day ACN

Role Requirements The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and overseeing Maximo support tickets and service requests.
• Coordinating support activities and ensuring tickets are progressing within agreed service levels.
• Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving higher-priority or more complex issues.
• Acting as the primary escalation point for Maximo support matters.
• Liaising with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams regarding support issues.
• Maintaining support reporting, ticket quality, and operational processes.
• Supporting system monitoring and BAU operational activities.
• Assisting with testing, validation, and implementation of minor system changes and fixes.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience supporting the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform.
• Previous experience in a Support Lead, Senior Support, or Application Support position.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Experience working within ticketing and service management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to effectively manage priorities, escalations, and competing demands.
