Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our highly skilled team.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our growth - identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening our presence in the market. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, building meaningful relationships with prospective businesses, and showcasing how DYN I.T. Solutions can help them achieve their technology goals.

This is a consultative sales role where your ability to understand business challenges, translate them into technology solutions, and communicate value will be essential. Working closely with our technical team, you’ll ensure client requirements are met with tailored, innovative solutions that demonstrate the strength of our services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Newcastle and beyond
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, outreach, and partnerships
  • Develop tailored proposals and present solutions that align with client needs and objectives
  • Nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar growth-focused role (ideally in I.T. or professional services)
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover client needs and match them with the right solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • A collaborative approach, working seamlessly with internal teams to deliver value to clients
  • A proactive commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with industry trends
