Operations Manager - Interventional Cardiology

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, patient flow, workforce coordination, and service delivery across our cardiac clinics. Reporting to the COO, you will partner with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient service delivery
• Optimise patient flow, scheduling, bed utilisation, and resource allocation
• Drive process improvement using data and operational insights
• Support clinical teams and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Prepare operational reports for executive decision-making
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, rostering, and performance support
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

• Experience in hospital/healthcare operations management (essential)
• Knowledge of Health Fund billing, contracting, and funding models
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded
