Welcome to Eden Academy Werribee. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 92 children to explore, grow, and thrive. We are looking for Casual Educators who can cover a variety of shifts and also have flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover leave days. In Your Role As a Casual Educator

• You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
• Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
• Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
• Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

What You’ll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
