Their responsibilities go beyond classroom teaching, they're focused on curriculum leadership, mentoring and quality improvement. You’ll Be Someone Who…

• Partner with passionate educators to shape meaningful curriculum and champion high-quality learning experiences
• Empower teams to confidently embed the cycle of planning, elevating program quality and daily practice
• Lead the creation and delivery of an inspiring educational program that reflects our philosophy and nurtures each child’s individual journey
• Ensure every child’s learning and development is supported by the approved learning frameworks, bringing learning outcomes to life in purposeful and engaging ways

Skills & Strengths & Style…

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Full Australian working rights.
• A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation.
• The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community.
• A team-first mindset and a passion for making a real difference.
• Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor.
