About The Role This is a dynamic, people‑focused role that requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex environments. You’ll contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance while supporting Eldercare’s commitment to delivering exceptional care for older South Australians. In this pivotal role, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects that directly support Eldercare’s model of care across our residential aged care facilities and retirement living sites. You’ll be responsible for managing end‑to‑end project delivery - from concept phase, planning and resourcing, through to execution, monitoring, and close‑out - ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working within Eldercare’s Portfolio Management Office, you’ll collaborate closely with General Managers, Functional Leads, Site Operations Managers, and external consultants. Your work will span strategic initiatives, clinical projects, and hands‑on project management activities. You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement, helping refine project systems, processes, and documentation to strengthen organisational capability. What You Will Bring
- Sound knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
- Experience working within a structured PMO framework.
- High‑level proficiency in Excel, Scheduling Tools, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong project management capability with a customer‑service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to critically analyse design proposals and contribute to improved project delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritise effectively, and meet agreed deadlines.
- A current drivers licence.
