Marketing Specialist - Digital & Community Growth

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist – Digital & Community Growth to take ownership of our digital marketing performance across social media, CRM, and web platforms.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, CRM, and web platforms
• Manage and optimise social media channels to drive engagement, growth, and conversion
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
• Develop content strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives
• Manage and grow online communities and brand engagement
• Execute email marketing and CRM campaigns (Shopify, Vtiger or similar platforms)
• Support e-commerce growth through website content and campaign optimisation
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, campaigns, and events

Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media, CRM, and digital campaign management
• Experience analysing marketing performance and optimising campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
