About the Role
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our friendly team and provide vital support to our Managing Directors and operations.
In this full-time role, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business by supporting key administrative and operational functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Providing administrative support to the Managing Directors
· Managing data entry and financial processes in Xero
· Handling phone and email correspondence, including directing calls and responding to customer enquiries
· Overseeing Accounts Receivable functions – tracking invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
· Managing job scheduling and invoicing through Simpro (prior experience highly regarded)
· General office administration and organisational support
About You
We’re seeking someone with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
To be successful, you will have:
· Experience with Simpro and Xero (highly regarded, but not essential)
· Strong data entry and administration skills with accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent customer service and communication abilities
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
· Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pmWhy Join Emirg Services?
