The Position Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for participants. As a Physiotherapy Assistant with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal Neurological and Cardiorespiratory patients. Responsibilities Working under the clinical guidance of an Allied Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across home care participants in Perth's Eastern Suburbs. You will:

  • Deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans developed by our Allied Healthcare Professionals for participants in their own home through home care packages/NDIS
  • Work holistically with other allied health professionals to implement a multidisciplinary care plan
  • Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community
  • Liaise with clinical supervisor to ensure effective communication
  • Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports

You will be provided with support from our home care team who will schedule these appointments and plan an efficient route. Do you have what it takes?   • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
