A true NT favourite, “The Cav” is known for its buzzing bistro, lively bar, boutique-style accommodation and resort-style pool - the perfect mix of energy and laid-back Territory charm. We’re looking for a hands-on Publican to lead this iconic venue and continue its legacy as one of Darwin’s best-loved destinations. A Day In The Life Of a Publican

• You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
• You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
