About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join our dynamic team that values your expertise and offers a supportive and collaborative culture!

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.

To really shine in this role you'll need to be an absolute all-rounder, someone who can think on their feet, build relationships quickly and solve complex strata issues with patience and professionalism.

About You

  •  You are an experienced Strata Manager looking for a change to work for a values-based business, who prefers diversity, collaboration with team members and is excited about contributing to the success of a leading strata company. We put our staff first.
  • For candidates earlier in their career, we are also keen to hear from those with strong **transferable skills.**Particularly from backgrounds in accounting/finance, property, or maintenance. This level includes comprehensive training, mentoring, and structured support delivered by some of the industry’s most respected and experienced professionals.

  • Social Perceptiveness and Emotional Intelligence - being aware of self and other's reactions and understanding why people react as they do and being attuned to different personalities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing outstanding service with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare for and conduct General Meetings and Council Meetings
  • Preparing and reviewing budgets and financials
  • Oversee and schedule maintenance
  • Provide guidance and advice on the Strata Titles Act and By-Law compliance
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple strata properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
  • Access to shared assistant and support teams to handle administration duties.
  • Be willing to participate in one or more of our various ESM teams for example our Education & Communication team, Training team or Strata Specialist team.
