Customer Service Administrator

  • Location: Revesby, NSW - parking Onsite
  • Salary: $65,000 + Super
  • Experience in customer service or administration or processing orders
  • Hybrid work arrangements after 6 month probation
  • Fulltime Permanent position!

We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic customer support team based in Revesby

About the Role

This role plays a key part in a team of motivated consultants who are committed to providing excellent service to our valued customers across multiple channels – email, inbound interactions, and emerging platforms.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
  • Manage both B2B and B2C customer interactions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and support for our dealer network
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, and Marketing
  • Advocate for customers to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the team and customer needs
