Contract Administrator - Tier One/Two

Senior Contract Administrator positions are available with a leading Construction Groups on projects ranging in size from $50million to $300million in size.

These builders continues to secure new work and are looking to add to their team. The projects undertaken cover the commercial-industrial spectrum and they are offering long term work with a positive outlook in place and further opportunities identified.

The roles involves the full range of Contract Administration duties across head and subcontract matters. Crucial to your success in the role will be your ability to not only carry out the CA duties but to do so in a manner that is more effective & efficient than others without getting bogged down in detail. This will include the timely letting of contracts and all subsequect cost reporting and post contract commercial matters.

To suit this role you will have experience on projects of $30m plus and have a well developed sense of commercial acumen. Your results oriented approach and ability to work with senior project members will see you fit within a successful site team.

Remuneration will depend on experience but strong performers will be recognised.
