Workforce Rostering & Systems Coordinator

A values-led community services organisation is seeking a Workforce Rostering & Systems Coordinator to support a busy operational workforce environment on a short-term contract basis. This is a hands-on role focused on rostering, workforce systems administration, and day-to-day support for managers across multiple sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring rosters are accurate, compliant, and aligned to service delivery needs. What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain rosters across multiple locations and services
• Update rosters in line with staffing changes, leave, new starters, and operational needs
• Support managers with workforce planning and roster queries
• Administer the Humanforce platform including user access, employee setup, and troubleshooting
• Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide internal user support
• Liaise with payroll to ensure roster accuracy and smooth processing
• Run reports and support workforce data analysis
• Escalate system issues to vendors/internal teams where required

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
• Strong experience with Humanforce (or similar)
• Exposure to NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, or shift-based environments
• Ability to interpret EBAs / awards / workforce rules
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• Good Excel and administration skills
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
