The Opportunity We are seeking a Product Coordinator (FinOps) to support the day-to-day operations of our core business systems and play a key role in implementing our strategic product roadmap. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate across Finance, Digital Solutions, and People teams to ensure our platforms are optimised, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals. You’ll bring strong knowledge of finance, timekeeping, and/or HR systems, with the ability to translate technical detail into practical business outcomes. This is a full-time, fixed-term role for a duration of 6–9 months. Key Responsibilities

• Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, training, and guidance to system users across the business
• Developing user manuals, training materials, and documentation to promote best practice
• Partnering with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and support system enhancements
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and data integrity standards
• Managing data accuracy, reporting, and dashboards to support decision-making
• Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain system reliability and security

About You You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. With strong communication and analytical skills, you can balance day-to-day operational needs with continuous improvement projects. Experience working with financial or workforce management systems will see you hit the ground running.

• Experience with supporting technology solutions. E.g. ERP systems, CRM software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 1 year experience in either a Finance or People Management department
• Experience with cloud-based Financial/ People Management systems and technologies.
• Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
