💡 About the Role

As a Broker Assistant, you’ll be the driving force behind our brokers — supporting them through loan processing, client communication, and lender coordination.

Your work will ensure every client receives a seamless and personalised experience from application to settlement.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Support brokers with loan documentation, compliance, and lodgements

• Make calls and set appointments with clients, lenders, and referral partners

• Track and manage loan applications from submission to settlement

• Prepare client files, settlements, and settlement packs

• Maintain our CRM systems and keep client data up to date

• Assist with marketing and client engagement activities when needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in finance, banking, or brokerage (preferred but not essential)

• Strong organisation and communication skills

• A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Familiarity with loan processing systems like AOL (advantageous)
