Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in Gold Coast. The Junior Lawyer will be working in the litigation space. They will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting our Special Counsel with case preparation. Day-to-day tasks will include attending client meetings, liaising with external counsel, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. The Junior Lawyer will also assist with due diligence and legal analysis for various transactions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years PAE
• Experience within litigation
• Legal research and Analysis skills
• Experience in drafting and preparing legal documents
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Keen interest in crypto or fintech industry
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
