As Case Manager, reporting to Partners you'll drive end-to-end project delivery, lead high-performing teams, and influence clients at the highest levels.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and managing strategy projects from planning to execution.
• Structuring problem-solving approaches and ensuring quality of insights and outputs.
• Mentoring junior consultants and driving capability-building within the team.
• Cultivating client relationships and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Playing an active role in business development and internal firm initiatives.
• Contributing to practice growth, thought leadership, and sector development.

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of management consulting experience from Big 4 or high-quality boutique strategy consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering strategic engagements.
• Superior problem-solving ability and structured thinking.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with data-driven analysis.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Proven ability leading small teams, managing stakeholders, and developing client relationships.
• A team-first mindset and passion for growing people and capability within the firm.
