What You Will Do

• Lead and mentor your veterinary and nursing team, fostering a supportive and high-performing clinic culture.
• Oversee clinical standards and ensure high standard patient care.
• Provide GP consults, routine surgeries, and dental care.
• Drive clinic initiatives while developing your own clinical interests.

What You Will Bring

• A recognised BVSc or DVM degree (AVBC accredited).
• Demonstrated confidence in GP consults and routine procedures.
