About The Role As Practice Manager, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on nursing:

• Oversee day-to-day operations (stock control, rostering, client records)
• Lead and develop the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Build a positive, collaborative team culture
• Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives
• Ensure monthly KPIs are met
• Mentor and train nurses while participating in nursing duties

About You

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent animal handling and knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Business acumen and organisational ability
• Genuine care for clients, patients, and your team
