About The Role As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in both leadership and hands-on nursing:
- Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including stock control, rostering, and client record management
- Leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and patient care
- Building a positive team culture
- Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives
- Ensuring monthly KPIs are met
- Participating in nursing duties as needed, including mentoring and training nurses
About You
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent animal handling and in-depth knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational ability
- Genuine care for clients, patients, and your team
