About The Role As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in both leadership and hands-on nursing:

• Managing day-to-day clinic operations, including stock control, rostering, and client record management
• Leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and patient care
• Building a positive team culture
• Driving business growth through local marketing initiatives
• Ensuring monthly KPIs are met
• Participating in nursing duties as needed, including mentoring and training nurses

About You

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent animal handling and in-depth knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Good business acumen and organisational ability
• Genuine care for clients, patients, and your team
