Job Description As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Our Restaurant is open 7 days a week, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager with full-time availability. We appreciate that experience comes in many shapes and sizes, and as a leader, what we mean specifically is;

• Experience in leading a team within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in the Food Hospitality environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for inspiring, leading, and developing your team
• Strong administrative skills
