We are partnering with a well-established member organisation with a high-traffic digital platform, focused on delivering seamless and secure online experiences at scale. Looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing AEM squad delivering continuous improvement across a large-scale digital platform.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is comfortable working in fast-moving Agile teams.

Contract details

• Contract: Initial 3 month engagement starting ASAP
• Location: Melbourne CBD (hybrid – 3 days in office)

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Ensure requirements align with AEM capabilities, architecture, and best practices
• Facilitate discovery and refinement sessions with business, UX, developers, content, analytics, and platform teams
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery within an Agile squad
• Focus on improving content authoring workflows and usability for content teams
• Partner with UX and development to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable
• Identify risks, dependencies, and integration requirements early
• Ensure solutions meet relevant data governance, security, and compliance standards

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital platforms
• Hands-on AEM experience (authoring, components, templates, workflows)
• Strong Agile delivery background within cross-functional squads
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data-driven solutions
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools (Visio, draw.io)
