Client Care Officer

Casual position – flexible shifts between 7am–7pm, weekdays only

At Harrison Child & Family Clinic, we’re on the lookout for a Casual Client Care Officer (CCO) to join our team. This role is all about creating a smooth, friendly experience for families, keeping things running behind the scenes, and supporting our clinicians so they can focus on care.

Tasks

What the role involves

• Welcoming families and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported
• Managing reception duties with professionalism and a warm smile
• Handling bookings, payments, and client records with accuracy
• Answering phones, emails, and messages in a timely manner
• Helping the clinical team and practice manager with the little things that keep the clinic running smoothly

Requirements

About you

While no prior healthcare experience is required, administration or reception experience will be an advantage. More importantly, you are:

• A people person — approachable, friendly, and professional
• Organised and able to keep track of details in a busy environment
• A confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Reliable and flexible, happy to jump in and help where needed
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and bringing good energy to the workplace
