This is a casual, inbound-focused role where you'll be the reassuring voice patients hear when they have questions or concerns about their upcoming procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound patient calls regarding pre-admission queries and concerns
  • Guide patients through preparation requirements and documentation
  • Maintain accurate patient records in our healthcare system
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
  • Provide empathetic support while maintaining strict confidentiality

What You'll Need

  • Strong communication skills and natural empathy
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with computer systems and learning new software
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements

Contract Details 3-month initial contract with potential for extension. In-office position. Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
