Your new company This dynamic IT Managed Services provider delivers cutting-edge technology solutions to forward-thinking businesses, helping them improve efficiency, functionality, and security. This is a permanent, part-time role, to join their team and manage the financial transactions, procurement processes and inventory control across the organisation. This role has varied responsibilities and will require a determined individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support management. Your new role This position requires a high level of accuracy, diligence, and commitment to supporting the operational needs of the business. The position holder will work under the direction of the Financial Controller and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth financial and procurement operations. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • General Accounting:
  • Sales Order Processing:
  • Purchase Order Management:
  • Vendor Management:
  • Stock Control:
  • Inventory Optimisation:
  • Administrative Support

What you'll need to succeed: We are seeking an individual who will enjoy working in a diverse, progressive and supportive environment. Key skills will include:

  • Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Thorough understanding of GST requirements and compliance.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
