A global leader with a strong presence across multiple regions. The organisation is embarking on a major transformation program, implementing Workday across its national operations to streamline HR, payroll, and talent processes.

Your new role

As Change Director, you will lead the change management strategy and execution for a national Workday implementation within a global framework. Reporting to the Program Director, you will:

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management plan aligned with global standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels, ensuring adoption and minimising resistance.
• Oversee communication strategies, training programs, and readiness assessments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to embed new processes and behaviours.
• Manage a team of change specialists and external partners to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• There will be travel involved in this role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in leading large-scale change programs, ideally ERP or HCM implementations.
• Strong expertise in Workday or similar HR technology platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed global organisation.
• Relevant qualifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and Project Management.
