Digital Communications Officer - Temp Full-Time | $43 - $46 per hour plus loading | Based in Darwin CBDYour new company We're hiring a Digital Communications Officer to support our local government client in the Marketing, Communications and Engagement team for a 3-month period. This full-time role is based at the Darwin CBD.

Key Details:

• Location: Darwin CBD
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:15pm
• Rate:
  • EA Level 4 - $43.3869/hour + casual loading
  • EA Level 5 - $46.9645/hour + casual loading
• Start: 09 November 2025
• End: 09 February 2026
• Dress Code: Darwin corporate

Your new role

You'll support digital communication activities for programs, events, and services. You'll also provide admin support to the broader team.

Typical Duties:

• Maintain websites and mobile apps
• Manage social media and digital campaigns
• Write and edit content for web, email, and publications
• Support content management systems (e.g. Drupal)
• Assist with financial processing and record keeping
• Help forecast work programs and support engagement activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant degree (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Digital Enterprise)
• NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
• Class C Driver Licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check
