Our client is a well‑established, manufacturing‑focused business and a leader in their space, operating from a large facility in Brisbane's northern suburbs. Your new role
As the Graphic Designer, you will join a small marketing team and take ownership of the brand's visual output across print and digital channels. This is a high design‑led role, with approximately 70% of your time focused on graphic design, particularly page layout and print production, supported by photography and videography. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, formatting and refining marketing collateral, including catalogues, flyers, EDMs, presentations, sales tools and social media assets
- Owning large print assets, ensuring strong page layout, hierarchy, typography and visual consistency
- Preparing artwork for print production and managing files through to final output
- Maintaining brand consistency across all print and digital creative
- Optimising creative assets for digital platforms including web, email and social
- Briefing, styling and photographing product and lifestyle imagery using in‑house equipment
- Editing and retouching imagery for use across print and digital channels
- Shooting and editing video content for social media and website use
- Providing creative input into campaigns and broader marketing activity
- Maintaining product forms, price lists and documentation using Excel
- Supporting ad‑hoc marketing and administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a Graphic Designer with strong print and page layout capability. You will bring a high level of attention to detail and pride in producing polished, print‑ready work. You will also have:
- Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Confidence working with typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Experience preparing artwork for print
- Solid photography skills and basic videography experience
- Good PowerPoint skills and confidence working in Excel
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
A portfolio demonstrating page layout and print work will be required upon application
