A fantastic opportunity is available to join a long‑established and highly regarded manufacturing organisation based in Molendinar. Known nationally for its specialised equipment supporting the electrical sector, the business offers a stable and supportive environment for the right candidate.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer‑focused Reception & Accounts Receivable Officer to manage front‑of‑house operations. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a busy environment, brings strong administrative and accounts receivable capability, and enjoys being the welcoming face of the organisation. This is a permanent part‑time role working Monday to Friday. You will join a friendly, collaborative team and benefit from the guidance of an experienced leadership group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional front desk reception and deliver a welcoming experience to visitors
- Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring accurate and timely message management
- Meet and greet customers, contractors, and guests
- Complete accounts receivable tasks including invoicing, credits, statements, payment follow‑up, and document management
- Produce manuals using pre‑existing templates and coordinate relevant documentation
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and the accounting function
- Coordinate office stationery and supplies
- Assist with general administrative duties as required
What you need
- Well presented with a warm, engaging, and professional manner
- Previous experience in reception and administration
- Strong accounts receivable capability
- Confident communicator able to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Calm, organised, and comfortable working in a busy front‑desk environment
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
