Tier 2 options also available.
Tier 1 project is within healthcare & Tier 2 options available within mixed use & accommodation projects up to $100M.

*At least 2 year's commercial construction experience needed to be considered; a construction management degree is an advantage.
Your new role
- Administer contracts and support commercial management to ensure projects finish on time and on budget.
- Prepare procurement documentation and ensure subcontractor and supplier obligations
- PO's, claims, forecasts, file management, cost and budgets
- Manage contract correspondence, job files, document control, and non-conformance reporting.
- Support programming, risk management, and performance monitoring with the Site Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in contract administration within commercial buildings, must have experience as a main builder
- A Construction Management qualification is an advantage.
- 2+ years working on projects $5M+
