Your new company

Hays are currently recruiting a site manager for a commercial company within Perth CBD. The project will be the construction of 25+ apartments close to the city.

This commercial construction company has a number of ongoing accommodation projects including high end residential, student accommodation & apartments over the coming years.

Your new role

Commencing in Feb/March you will manage the day-to-day on-site subcontractors and have the support of the project director.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a site manager or site supervisor managing a similar project or project value within commercial construction ( 5+ years)
• Knowledge of new builds and civil works
• Ability to work and manage apartment projects
• Motivation and management drive
• Qualification in construction or similar
• Full working rights

What you need to do now
