Site Supervisor

• Leisure Centre $25M SOR
• High end residential apartments $10M CBD
• Mixed use complex $15M CBD
• Hospital $300M+ Bunbury
• Multiple aged care facilities
• Modular construction - SOR

Salary range is negotiable 140K-180K + bonus + car

Responsibilities

• Previous experience of managing similar projects
• WA building knowledge and experience preferred
• Managing on-site subcontractors of 20+ staffing
• Ability to manage sites from civil works to handover
• Ability to be hands-on and a team player to ensure work is completed
• Work within deadlines and keep project timeframes

Qualifications

• Qualification in construction
• Full working rights
• Previous experience of 5+ years in a similar role

Preferred Skills

• Australian experience desired
