About You Lingard Private Hospital is looking for experienced Orthopaedic Scrub / Scout Nurses with a passion for excellence. Full time and permanent part time positions available. Join our experienced team and be supported by our Clinical Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Specialists. This opportunity will allow you continue to grow your skills and expand your knowledge whist growing your career within the largest private perioperative department in the region. Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the role of instrument & circulating nurse in Orthopaedic surgery
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a customer focused mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team displaying a ‘can do’ attitude
• Proven commitment to professional development and quality improvement

Desirable Criteria

• Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing
• Experience in variety of Orthopaedic surgeries including joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, ORIF’s and robotic assisted cases
