Healthii People are proud to have partnered with a leading agency delivering federally funded community mental health services across Darwin and the NT. Delivered through the Northern Territory PHN this service provides free Youth Mental Health Services to young people with mild -moderate mental health concerns. These services are free to consumers aged 12 - 25 and provide evidence-based, youth-friendly models of care.

There are 2 leadership roles within 2 teams that work collaboratively at the same service.

Clinical Lead:

The Clinical Lead has overall responsibility for providing clinical leadership and ensuring that day-to-day clinical operations are carried out.

Team Leader:

Lead a multidisciplinary team of Peer Workers, Allied Health and Medical Professionals to support the functional recovery goals of young people and their families

About you:

• Registered Mental Health Specialist
• Psychologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, Mental Health OT
• Accreditation with governing body (AHPRA, AASW etc)
• Experience leading teams within youth mental health
• Demonstrated and applied knowledge of a range of evidence based and trauma informed psychological interventions
