The Role
As an Audit Partner, you will take a leadership role within the firm, overseeing audit engagements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and strategic audit services. Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on audit and assurance matters.
- Audit Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Australian Auditing Standards (ASA) and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control & Risk Management: Ensure all audits meet the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop audit professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, playing an integral role in firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Qualification: CA or CPA and RCA highly regarded.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in audit & assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a reputable firm.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements across the mid-market sector
- Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to lead teams, develop business, and drive operational efficiency.
