The Role We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. Your work will be varied and exciting. One day you might be supporting a participant on a day3out to the beach, movies, or a sporting event. The next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home. Every day is an opportunity to make a real difference. What We’re Looking For We are seeking caring, reliable, and proactive individuals who:

• Have Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience)
• Have experience in high care, mental health, trauma-informed care, or behaviours of concern
• Hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates
• Have a full and clean Australian driver’s license and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
• Possess good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently
• Remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Additional Requirements

• Must have the right to live and work in Australia
• International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
