An exciting opportunity now exists for a Territory Manager to join the team in a high-impact surgical sales role across the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, and regional QLD (including Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Gladstone and Mackay). This is a well-established territory with a strong existing customer base and excellent growth potential.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales growth across surgical specialties including General Surgery, Plastics, Colorectal and Upper GI
- Building relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and key hospital stakeholders
- Managing clinical case support, education, and in-servicing
- Developing your pipeline through strategic territory planning and Salesforce CRM
- Providing exceptional service and value to your customers
- Managing stock levels and consignment accounts effectively
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a clinical background (nursing, theatre, OR support)
- Previous exposure to the hospital or operating theatre environment
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility quickly
- A highly motivated and accountable approach with a passion for healthcare innovation
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to educate and influence clinicians
