National Account Manager – BeautyColes & Woolworths | Full P&L OwnershipSydney (Office-Based)A$150k + Bonus

The Role:

This National Account Manager position offers full ownership of major grocery partnerships including Coles and Woolworths. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing customer strategies that drive revenue, profit and sustainable growth across a portfolio of leading Beauty brands. Working closely with buying teams, you’ll develop and deliver joint business plans, optimise promotional and pricing strategies, and ensure best-in-class execution across the 4Ps. With full P&L accountability, you’ll manage trade investment, lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring compelling category plans to market.

This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You:

  • Demonstrated success managing Coles and/or Woolworths for high-growth FMCG brands.
  • Strong commercial capability with P&L ownership experience.
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to influence and build lasting buyer relationships.
  • Solid grounding in category management and customer strategy execution.
  • Data-led mindset with strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
  • Shopper marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Must be comfortable with working in an office-based role.
