The Role & The Team We are currently recruiting an Office Services Coordinator to join our Newcastle team on a permanent full time basis. This role is based on-site. Reporting to the Office Services Manager, this opportunity will see you working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service support to the firm and working closely with the operations team. In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing meeting room calendars and assisting with coordination of internal events; including allocation of rooms, set-up of IT equipment, catering and team resourcing
- Supervising and supporting the office services team by maintaining stationary supplies, drafting rosters and providing concierge cover
- Working with the Office Services Manager to ensure all office maintenance, repairs, cleaning schedules and updates from building management are communicated to the business
- Assisting with mail as required, including receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Building trusted relationship with all people in the firm to ensure you can effectively provide adhoc support when requested
What You Offer To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a facilities position
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to triage requests
- The ability to manage relationships with a range of staff and clients, both internally and externally
- Previous experience supervising staff is desirable
