The Role Our collaborative Wills & Estates team are looking for a Probate Clerk to join our practice, on a full-time basis. In this role you, will assist in managing the end-to-end probate process and the administration of deceased estates files. What You Offer We are looking for a candidate who will bring energy and innovation to Hicksons|Hunt&Hunt. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the team with the preparation and drafting of estate documents
• Providing extensive support for both standard and complex Probate and Letters of Administration applications
• Maintaining accurate records for each estate including records of assets and liabilities, relevant dates and deadlines, beneficiary details and other key information
• Efficiently managing diaries and files, optimising organisational efficiency and accessibility and
• Facilitating smooth communication channels with clients following practitioner instructions, ensuring transparency and clarity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities. They will be adept at multitasking and maintaining meticulous attention to detail while handling various tasks simultaneously.
