This role's purpose is to find the best tenants for our landlord's rental properties, whilst offering a high level of customer service. You will be part of an enthusiastic and determined team, who are working hard to gain experience and growth in their real estate career. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Handling all leasing inquiries
- Creating and placing property advertising online
- Opening and running property inspections (during the week and on Saturdays)
- Liaising with tenants for inspections
- Liaising with landlords regarding feedback reports on inspections
- Tenant application administration - credit/reference checks
- General administrative duties
What will you need to be successful? We are looking for an organised and confident person who can work well under pressure to join our Property Team as a Leasing Executive. This is a full-time position working within a very fast paced environment in our Cronulla office. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience as a Leasing or Sales Assistant role in Real Estate.
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Valid Australian Drivers License (P plates or higher)
- Previous Leasing/Property Officer experience - 6months+
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
- Strong attention to detail
- Happy to manage lengthy administrative reports
- Strong follow up and time management skills
- Corporate and presentable, as it is a client facing role
