Project Manager (Integrator Employment Category Project)

We have a current opportunity for a Project Manager (Integrator Employment Category Project) , on a contract basis within the Defence sector. The role is based in Holsworthy, NSW. The contract is for an initial 9 month period, with a 2 x 12 month extension option.

Start: circa 29 September 2025

DSS Skill Set: Level 3 - Program & Product Management Services & Support

The Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

• Lead and manage the Project
• Supervision of the Project Team to ensure the delivery of products Military Personnel Branch and Career Management Agency requirements
• Organisation and conduct of stakeholder working groups in accordance with the extant schedule
• Prepare documents, info-graphics and other outputs related to the Integrator Project
• Provide monthly updates on the Project
• Submit a monthly contract report
• Liaise with stakeholders
• Complete any Defence specific courses

Minimum mandatory requirements:

• AGSVA Security clearance
• Defence experience
• demonstrated experience and qualifications in general project management
• Experience in Defence workforce planning and industrial relations tribunals (ideally within SOCOMD)
