Family Paralegal

Our client is a well-established Perth-based law firm with a strong family law practice, seeking a motivated Family Law Paralegal to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about assisting clients through often sensitive and complex family law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing paralegal support to family law solicitors
• File management and organisation
• Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and external parties
• Assisting with Family Court and Federal Circuit Court filings (including eCourts)
• Drafting correspondence and court documents
• Diary management and assisting with trial and hearing preparation
• General administrative support as required

About You

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in family law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organisation and time management
• Ability to work with discretion, empathy and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
