We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our busy Endocrinology and Diabetes Department. Working alongside experienced administration staff, nurses and medical specialists, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quality patient care. About The Role This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where you'll provide administrative support to Staff Specialists while helping coordinate outpatient clinics and patient appointments. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing clinic bookings and patient appointments
  • Answering and responding to telephone enquiries
  • Typing and distributing clinical correspondence
  • Supporting outpatient clinic operations
  • Liaising with patients, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Providing efficient administrative support across the department
