Hutchison Ports – Brisbane is seeking a part timeAdministrator Officer to be the backbone of our engineering team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
• Provide administrative support across engineering and assist the wider Hutchison Ports business as needed.
• Coordinate procurement processes including quotes, purchase orders, invoice processing, and account management.
• Liaise with the Accounts team on procurement-related matters.
• Act as the internal contact for EBIS system enquiries.
• Manage meeting room bookings, kitchen upkeep, and catering arrangements.
• Coordinate with service providers (cleaners, couriers, gardeners, etc.).
