Medical Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has opened for some customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the Central Melbourne reception team, this will include various clinics such as Collins Street, East Melbourne, Caufield, Camberwell and Victoria House (South Yarra). This will be a Full-Time Fixed term 12 Month Position with opportunities for permanent work during Monday – Friday with shifts between the hours of 6:30am and 8:30pm About Us: I-MED Radiology Network's team of over 4,000 people are all connected by the vision -to help save lives and reduce uncertainty. • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
• Customer service/Administration Experience
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
