Job Description The role is a full time or part time position, reporting to the Ultrasound Operations Manager working Monday to Friday, between 8.30am-5pm. This is a great opportunity to work within a well-established imaging network with modern equipment, experienced radiologists, and a collaborative sonography team committed to delivering high-quality patient care. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team-focused environment, takes pride in producing high-quality imaging, and values building strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Role
- You will perform a variety of ultrasound examinations including General , Obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound, Musculoskeletal imaging, small parts and Vascular ultrasound
- Performing ultrasound scans with high quality patient care.
- Assisting the Radiologist with interventional procedures.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists and referrers.
Sonographers with an interest in supporting the training and mentoring of trainee sonographers are highly encouraged to apply. Participation in teaching and clinical training would be greatly valued within our team.What We’re Looking For
- ASAR accredited Sonographer (or eligible)
- Strong scanning and technical skills
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
- Interest in supporting the education and development of trainee sonographers
